Go to application

High-quality goods deserve a high-quality presentation. That's why Roose Automation developed the ChocoMatic. A modern display system for the finest pralines including an attractive vending machine function.
The robot packs the customer's individual selection of pralines and turns it into a special shopping experience.

The problem

To round off this shopping experience, all components must be both functional and visually appealing. This requires a smooth-running robot arm that packs the large selection of pralines in compliance with the FDA. Of course, such a robot can only be lubrication-free. In addition, due to the autonomous and decentralised sales process, the maintenance-free feature is urgently required.

The solution

A vending machine equipped with a robolink RL-DC and a 7th axis. The smooth movements of the robot make the shopping process look even more premium, while also paying off in terms of the customer's perceived product quality. The entire shopping process promises an even greater pleasure in the final product "chocolate praline".
