Clean pipetting

This automatic machine is used in the pharmaceutical, biological, chemical and medical industries rather than laborious pipetting by hand. Since a high level of precision is required, the guides on which the pipetting unit is moved in the automatic machine must make even and reliable movements possible. For this reason, those responsible chose a drylin® linear guide system from igus® for the task. A further advantage: since the igus® system is absolutely lubricant-free, it has no problems meeting the special hygiene requirements necessary for medical applications.
